| During its development, Artificial Intelligence (AI) continues growing and being nurtured for its benefits by both the public and private sectors. In order to gain more insights of the collaboration between public and private sector, a workshop that will be conducted during APEC SOM3, in Lima, Peru, will provide a venue to share experiences and best practices in overcoming challenges and exploring opportunities towards AI development through Public Private Partnership (PPP); from the APEC Economy’s point of view. | Policymakers, experts, academia, entrepreneurs, and private companies operating in the digital field and AI sector within APEC economies and beyond are invited to participate in the workshop. By discussing and sharing knowledge focusing on exploring opportunities towards AI development through PPP, the workshop is aimed to promote innovation and economic growth among APEC economies through AI in general, and the implementation of PPP, supported by both public institutions/agencies and private enterprises, as well as AI capacity building among APEC economies. Approximately, 100 participants are expected to attend the workshop. |
