| This project aims to promote agriculture development and rural prosperity in coping with the COVID-19 for all our people in the APEC region. It will work by identifying, promoting, exchanging, and training on comprehensive agricultural policies and best practices, especially in sustainable agriculture including promoting enhanced efficiency fertilizers for environment protection, promotion of innovation and application of digital technologies especially on youth entrepreneurship in E-commerce to enhance digital supply chain, and farmers’ vocational training with the identified policies and best practices in coping with the COVID-19 pandemic. | The key activities include desk review and research, focus group discussion and key informants’ interview on policies, surveys on best practices, and holding a Workshop. Involved stakeholders will include policymakers, academia, producers including smallholders, especially women, youth, aging groups, private sectors, NGOs, etc. |
