A two-day virtual conference which will bring together researchers and policy-makers to explore how SMEs in the APEC region performed during the pandemic and into the recovery, as well as the challenges that SMEs face when internationalizing and connecting to supply chains.
The conference is being held in partnership with the University of Calgary in Alberta, Canada and will consist of short presentations by leading academics and researchers from across APEC economies and international organizations focusing on how their work can inform policy-making. This will be followed by Q&A sessions with all participants.
Policy-makers and researchers working on topics of SMEs, post-pandemic recovery, the internationalization of SMEs and trade from all APEC member economies are invited to participate.
