The Workshop seeks to develop/complete an implementation plan for a pilot for an APEC ODR Collaborative Framework for B2B cross border disputes involving MSMEs including resolving any outstanding issues concerning the Collaborative Framework/Procedural Rules, addressing administrative details, and identifying prospective ODR providers who would partner with APEC.  At the EC 1 Policy Dialogue on ODR in Santiago, the EC discussed the ODR pilot, consistent with the SELI Work Plan for Developing a Cooperative Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Framework for MSMES in B2B Transactions and the draft APEC ODR Collaborative Framework.  The Workshop builds on the earlier APEC workshops on Developing a ODR Collaborative Framework for ODR in Osaka, Japan (November 8-9, 2018) and the ODR Stocktake, Santiago, Chile (March 2-3, 2019) and well as the ODR Policy Dialogue held at EC 1.  The results of the Workshop would be reviewed at EC2.
